BABY JAX IS FINALLY HERE!!

My brother and sister-in-law finally had their baby. She was a week past due. Poor girl looked ready to pop!!!! He was 8 lbs. 3 oz. and 20 in. long. For some reason, my sister-in-law wouldn't dialate on her own so at midnight on Wednesday, they were scheduled to go in for and induction. She dialated about 3 cenimeters through out the whole night till about nine the next morning. After her water broke, she was pretty regular with dialating and went an centimeter every hour. Well finally after 21 hours of labor, baby Jax finally decided to make his way into the world. He's such a cute little baby with lots of dark dark hair. Some of the nursing staff thought he was Italian. Unfortunately, due to Jeni's long labor, Jax was pretty worn out and had a huge bruise on the back of his head. He started to get a low temperture and didn't want to eat much. Not being quite 24 hours old, the doctor's decided to admitt him into the NICU. Baby Jax started to do much better and gets to come home today. YAY!!!! We're all so thankful that he's ok and now a very healthy baby. I will be posting some pictures soon...stupid me left my camera at my parents house.
